Meet your Future Neighbors
 
As a Customer Analytics Lead with Nextdoor, Inc. you’ll leverage in-depth industry and advertising-technology knowledge to generate actionable data-driven insights for Nextdoor’s customers. The Lead will have client-facing responsibilities and will engage with account and product teams to demonstrate the value of Nextdoor to our customers through both quantitative and qualitative methods. The Lead will analyze proprietary and third-party data to support sales, onboarding, and renewal conversations by providing insights on Nextdoor’s audience and customers’ advertising campaign performance. Further, the Lead will help surface trends and craft data-driven proof points for company insights reports and marketing materials. Finally, the Lead will perform analysis on and support the launches of new processes and tools to improve advertising measurement, as well as design and conduct experiments to better understand the drivers of advertisement performance. Supervise 1 Customer Analytics Analyst.
 
What You’ll Bring to The House
 
Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Business Analytics, Statistics, or related field of study.
One (1) year of experience in the position offered or in business analytics, statistics, or related field.
Demonstrated experience must include: Client and executive-facing roles; Foundational understanding of how to design digital marketing campaigns utilizing different digital marketing techniques; Proficiency in data retrieval programming languages: Microsoft Structured Query Language (SQL) and/or MySQL; Proficiency in data visualization tools: Microsoft Power BI and/or Looker; Familiarity with organizing large datasets using programming languages: R, Python, and/or Apache Spark; Designing field experiments and analyzing results using statistical software tools: R, SAS Institute’s JMP, and/or Stata; and Proficiency in building models in spreadsheet software: Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.
