YapStone is a global provider of full-stack payment solutions for global marketplaces and large vertical markets. The Product Management team is responsible for executing on the Company’s key strategic initiatives and helping to drive global growth across the business. The team is looking for a Product Manager with responsibilities that include analysis of new product features, market fit, understanding and improving existing capabilities and driving product go to market plans.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Managing the payment gateway evolution to meet the ever changing demands of our customers and the payments eco system.

  • Translate the needs of the business into new product requirements and capabilities

  • Leading decision-making and development prioritisation via thorough analysis and recommendations

  • Leading decision-making and development prioritisation via thorough analysis and recommendations

  • Work collaboratively with the Engineering organisation to prioritize backlog and develop roadmap

  • Provide cross functional leadership & customer advocacy for new product developments

  • Ensure the maintenance and accuracy of product information, effectively updating internal & external documentation

  • Research global payment trends, competitor's landscape and policies and provide competitive insights

  • Provide product expertise across the organisation with expert product training and advocacy

  • Support the organisation with expert knowledge of the company product's technical and commercial capabilities

  • Enable the organisation with the knowledge and tools to drive commercial success

  • Work with go-to-market and Sales Enablement teams to deliver go-to-market strategy with clear customer segmentation, targeting and positioning

  • Be the primary commercial contact for commercial teams, across a portfolio of payment products and services

  • Supporting proposition queries by engaging with the sales team and top tier customers

  • Monitor and measure launched products and feed learnings back into product development process.


  • 5 years of product management experience with 3+ years recent experience in payments with a good knowledge of eCommerce and Customer Not Present payments

  • Good knowledge of PSD2, SCA, TRA and transaction authentication.

  • An understanding of payments eco system including 2 or more of: PayFac, Payment Gateways, Card Acquiring, Marketplaces, Bank Payments & Open Banking

  • Experienced Agile practitioner experience in building a close working relationship with Engineers

  • Previous experience of Confluence, Jira & Productboard

  • Payments enthusiast with a drive for building products that delight customers

  • Hands on approach with excellent problem-solving, organizational and analytical skills.

  • Excellent stakeholder management, with good written and oral communication skills
